D.A.R.E

Cloud County Sheriff's Department's D.A.R.E. program began in 2000. Undersheriff Mason Johnson and Deputy Chris Rupert, trained in the D.A.R.E. curriculum, currently provide educational training to Cloud County's three rural schools. In addition to teaching D.A.R.E. core curriculum to 5th thru 12th graders, instructions provide vital information in the area of stanger danger, poison prevention and other important topics.

Educational programs for children play a vital role in preventing drug use among our young people today. It is important that our youth receive the correct information in order for them to make good choices.
